The Pro Shop at Sea Star

The Pro Shop at Sea Star  carries a number of outstanding products from companies that are known for quality– Speedo, Nike, Finis  and TYR swimsuits and gear.   We also carry Warm Belly Wetsuits for infants and children.

Hours of Operation vary throughout the year, and coincide with our class schedule.   These hours are subject to change without notice.

We are closed on Friday and Sunday.

  • Monday:   9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.    Closed from 11:30-3:00.   Reopen 3:00 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday:  9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.   Closed from 11:30-3:00.  Reopen 3:00 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday:  9:30 a.m. – 11:30 am.   Closed from 11:30 until 4:00.  Reopen from 4:00 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.
  • Thursday:  9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Closed from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.   Reopen from 3:00 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.
  • Friday:  CLOSED
  • Saturday:  9:30 a.m. until 12 Noon
  • Sunday:  CLOSED

Suggested Supplies for Swimmers

Besides a towel and swimsuit, different class levels will require different types of equipment.   All required equipment can be purchased in our Pro Shop.

Parent/Child Classes

All children who are not VERY securely potty trained will be required to wear a swim diaper during class.  Parents will need to provide their own swim diapers, which are available at a number of retail outlets.

Toddlers in Transition and more advanced level classes

We suggest that all children wear goggles during class, and a swim cap if the child’s hair is long or will prove to be a distraction.   Both goggles and swim caps are available in our Pro Shop; please feel free to come in for a custom goggle fitting.  For our younger swimmers, we recommend the TYR Swimple goggle.

Little Flippers/Barracudas

All swimmers in the Little Flippers or Barracudas classes and Lap Swim classes (only at the direction of the teacher) will be required to have the following supplies:

  • Goggles
  • Fins
  • Swim cap

All of these supplies can be purchased at the Pro Shop at Sea Star.
