NOTE: All families who did not participate in Summer Quarter 2010 MUST fill out our online registration form before your swimmer can be enrolled in Fall Quarter.
Once all of our families are entered, the email address you entered will become your “User ID” for our Customer Portal. The first time you use the Customer Portal, enter your email address, then click on “I forgot my password”. You will be given a temporary password, which will be emailed to you.
If you are new to Sea Star, please fill out the Registration Form, then call us to set up a proper class day and time for your swimmer. You must still contact the Office at (615) 822-8800 to enroll.
No child can be enrolled in a class until the Online Registration is complete!
Frequently Asked Questions about our New Online System:
I filled out the online registration form, but I could not register for a class. Why? Our system is set that way. Completing the Online Registration Form sets you up as a family account in our new system. You will still be required to call or stop by the office to enroll in a class, change your class day or time, or add a new swimmer.
I put my credit card information in the system, but my swimmer is taking a quarter off. Will I be billed automatically for the session I am skipping? No. You must call us to confirm that you are re-enrolling each quarter. No charges to your credit card will be made until you have contacted our office during either Priority or Open Enrollment periods.
Can I come into the office to re-enroll my child? Yes, but you must first fill out the online registration form on our website to establish your family account in our new system.
But what if I don’t want to charge the quarter to my credit card. Do I have to enter a credit card number? No. This information is optional, although it will greatly streamline your enrollment process if you do. We will have a record of your card number, so all we will need is your confirmation that you are re-enrolling. You may continue to pay for the session by calling our office with your credit card number, or you may stop by the office and pay be cash or check.
Why can’t I see your schedule online? We are still working on this feature; it should be ready soon. Eventually, we plan to show class openings at the beginning of our Open Enrollment period for each quarter. This way, parents of new swimmers and returning swimmers can get a better idea of what classes are available when they contact our office to enroll. The office can more readily confirm if the class is appropriate and this makes the enrollment process much, much faster.
I admit it–I’m not very good with this computer stuff. What can I do if I get stuck? If you can answer an email, you can fill out this online registration form. It was designed to be very simple. If you have any major problems, call our office at (615) 822-8800 and we’ll talk you through it.
